Ms. Eaton’s practice is concentrated in Workers’ Compensation Law, Long Term Disability Litigation and Social Security Disability Law. She is a 2008 graduate of Widener University School of Law where she was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and admitted into the Order of the Barristers. In 2009 Ms. Eaton was admitted to practice in New York State.

Ms. Eaton, a native of Central New York, attended Cazenovia College for a Bachelor of Science in Social Science- History and Government. She is married and has one child.

She is a sustaining member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association and Central New York Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Eaton attended the National NOSSCR conferences in New Orleans, LA for advanced training in Social Security Disability Law. She has also attended meetings of the Injured Workers Bar Association for advance training in Workers Compensation Law.
