Mr. Goldstein graduated with a J.D.from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008 and is a candidate for a L.L.M. in Health Law and Policy from Seton Hall University School of Law in the fall of 2010. His practice is concentrated in Social Security Disability Law appeals. In 2010 Mr. Goldstein was admitted to practice in New York State.

Mr. Goldstein is a native of Syracuse, NY. He attended East Syracuse-Minoa High School and is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association (Health Law, Food and Drug Law, and Young Lawyers divisions), American Health Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association (Health Law division).
